Turkey Red is a heritage grain, meaning it predates modern breeding practices. Turkey Red arrived in the US in the early 1870s brought to Kansas by Mennonite immigrants from Russia, now the Ukraine. It thrived becoming a primary wheat variety. Available as wheat berries (entire unprocessed wheat kernel) or stone ground for flour.

All grains are small batch and a hand processed product.
